1. Information We Collect

GameShots collects information necessary to operate a private, team-based photo-sharing and sports photography platform.

Information You Provide

We may collect:

• First and last name
• Email address (used as your account login)
• Profile and header photos you upload for your account
• Photos and other content uploaded to teams or events
• Player tags associated with photos
• Team information such as team name, season/year, and event details (dates, times, locations)
• Messages sent between users and photographers through the in-app messaging system
• Photographer profile information, including biography, service area address, city, state, zip code, and service radius
• Booking requests, event details, and related communications between users and photographers
• Payment and transaction information processed through our third-party payment providers (see Section 4)
• Support messages and feedback submitted through the in-app contact feature

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage and interaction data
• Log and diagnostic data

We do not collect precise GPS location data. Photographer service area information (address, city, state, zip code, and service radius) is provided voluntarily by photographers to describe their general coverage area.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

GameShots is used by families and youth athletic teams and may include children under the age of 13.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• Children under 13 may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent
• We collect limited personal information about children, including names and photos, solely for team participation
• Parents or legal guardians may review, request correction of, or request deletion of their child's information at any time

3. How We Use Information

We use information collected to:

• Operate and maintain GameShots
• Display content within private teams and events
• Facilitate bookings and communications between users and photographers
• Process subscription payments and photographer payouts
• Provide customer support
• Improve functionality and performance
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions

4. How Information Is Shared

Information collected through GameShots is shared only in the following ways:

Within Teams

Content and information are shared privately among approved team members.

Between Users and Photographers

When you book or communicate with a photographer through GameShots, relevant information (such as your name, event details, and messages) is shared with that photographer to fulfill the booking.

Payment and Subscription Processors

We use the following third-party payment processors, each of which may receive personal information (such as name and email) necessary to complete transactions:

• Stripe — processes payments for photographer bookings and photo print orders. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat — manages in-app subscription billing on iOS. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• On iOS devices, subscriptions are also processed through Apple's in-app purchase system, subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Cloud Infrastructure

We use cloud hosting and storage providers to operate GameShots. These providers process data solely to deliver our services.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or others.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Security

GameShots uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as accounts or teams remain active or as necessary to operate GameShots and comply with legal obligations. Content may be deleted upon account termination or at the request of a parent or legal guardian, subject to technical limitations.

7. User Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your information
• Request correction or deletion of information
• Withdraw consent for a child's participation

8. Third-Party Services

GameShots relies on third-party services including Stripe, RevenueCat, and cloud infrastructure providers. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through GameShots.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GameShots constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
